What we'll do today
Same-day removal when it's appropriate
- We examine the area and take an in-house 3D scan. It shows the exact position of the tooth, its roots, and nearby nerves, so there are no surprises.
- If removal is the right call and you're comfortable, we can often remove the tooth at the same visit, fully numb.
- If there is active infection, we may treat it first and remove the tooth once it has calmed down.
- You go home with clear written aftercare instructions and a number to call if anything feels off.
- Recovery is usually a few days. Rest the first day, use cold packs, eat soft foods, avoid straws and smoking, and keep the area clean as directed.

Common questions
Can you remove a wisdom tooth the same day?
Often, yes. After the exam and 3D scan, we can usually remove the tooth at the same visit when it is clinically appropriate. If there is an active infection, we may treat that first.
How much does wisdom tooth removal cost?
It is a flat $500 per tooth, the same as any extraction, and it includes the 3D scan. The emergency exam is $150 with X-rays. You get the full price before we start.
Do I need to be put to sleep?

How long is recovery?
Most people feel back to normal in a few days. Some swelling and soreness for two or three days is normal. We give you written instructions and you can call us any time with questions.
