This is not insurance. It is a prepaid in-office plan with Complete Dental Care of Long Island (SN Dentistry PLLC). Benefits are provided only at our office and cannot be combined with dental insurance.

Membership questions
What's included?
Two exams, two cleanings, yearly bitewing X-rays (full set every three years), fluoride, unlimited emergency exams, same-day priority scheduling, a direct members' line to Dr. Sunny, 10% off all treatment, and a free annual whitening touch-up.
Can I use it with insurance?
No — Open Dental allows a discount plan OR insurance, not both. If you have dental insurance, we'll help you decide which saves you more.
When does it start?
Immediately on payment. You can book your first included visit as soon as you've signed up.
How do I cancel?
[OWNER REVIEW — placeholder] Annual plan: non-refundable after your first visit. Monthly plan: 12-month commitment, then cancel anytime.
