Community Dental Care — giving back to Massapequa.
Each month we choose one neighbor facing real financial hardship and provide essential dental care — at no cost. If that's you or someone you love, we'd be honored to hear your story.
To Our Community,
I started Complete Dental Care of Long Island with a simple belief: every patient deserves to be treated with honesty, respect, and the same care I would want for my own family.
Over the years, I have seen how many people live with dental pain, infection, broken teeth, or embarrassment simply because life and finances have made it difficult to get care. Dental problems do not always happen at convenient times, and no one should feel ignored, judged, or hopeless because they are going through a difficult season.
That is why I am starting our monthly Community Care program. Each month, I will personally review applications and select one patient in genuine need for limited dental care within the scope of what we can safely provide in our office.
There are no strings attached, no required reviews, and no required photos or testimonials. This is not about publicity. It is simply one small way for our office to give back to the community that has trusted us.

What's included

What this program doesn't cover
To keep the program sustainable, we can't include dental implants, orthodontics (braces or aligners), or full-mouth reconstruction. If those are what you need, please still reach out — we're happy to talk through affordable options and financing on our regular care.
How it works
We select one new community case each month. Some treatments take several visits to complete — that's completely normal and we'll plan it together.
Each cycle opens with a limited number of application spots. A cycle closes once those spots are filled, and we open a new cycle each month as we're able to take on the next case.
If applications are full when you visit — or if you'd just like to know when the next cycle opens — you can add your email to the waitlist, and we'll notify you the moment new spots are available.
This program is for people facing genuine financial hardship who otherwise couldn't get the dental care they need. We won't ask for paperwork or financial documentation — we just ask you to share your story honestly.
Everyone who applies will hear back from us by email, whether or not we're able to take their case this cycle.
Because we can only choose one case at a time, many deserving people won't be selected in a given cycle — and that doesn't mean your need wasn't real or important. If you're not chosen, you're always welcome to reapply, and you can join the waitlist to be notified when the next cycle opens.
All updates about your application come by email, so there's no need to call the office to check your status. Please keep an eye on your inbox (including your spam folder).
A few things to know
We welcome everyone.
We welcome applications from everyone in our community, regardless of race, religion, national origin, age, disability, sex, gender identity, or sexual orientation.
You can always reapply.
If we're not able to take your case this month, you're always welcome to apply again. A ‘not this time’ is never a ‘no forever.’
We start simpler, and grow.
As the program grows, we'll generally begin with more straightforward treatment needs. All decisions about which cases we can take — and what care is appropriate — are made at our discretion based on clinical and practical factors.
Applying isn't a guarantee.
Submitting an application doesn't guarantee treatment and doesn't establish a doctor-patient relationship. Any care begins only after an in-person evaluation confirms what's appropriate for you.
Not for emergencies.
This program isn't for dental emergencies. If you're in severe pain, or have swelling or a fever, please don't wait on an application — call us at 516-426-7027 or seek urgent care right away.
